What I learned in Columbus at a church called "Crosslink community church"
Just some notes I wrote, not too much but I figure why not put it up?
So yeah,and about the waterpark,
Fort Rapids was amazing. As I had expected.
We had an amazing time and saw this dude who was amazing at some dance game kinda like DDR but it was called in the groove 2 or something like that.
The arcade was great,I spent a total of $16 in it.
I was saving that money for a webcam but oh well hahaha.
So yeah, here's some of my notes from crosslink.(=

God's plan of redemption is mysterious, intriguing and designed just for you!

Salvation Uncovered
-By God's mercy we are saved.
-Because of the resurrection of Christ,we can bury our old life and be born again.
-We can have confidence in life because we know that in death we will trade what is temporal for what it eternal.

Our Salvation Today
-There is coming a time when the struggles of life are transformed into joy.
-Trials/struggles help us work out our impurities and dirty spots so that we can live in purity.
-The goal is not to please others but to please God alone.

Stepping into Faith
-The understanding of God's love for you leads you to love God.
-Salvation comes as a result of putting your trust in God.
-Trusting God leads to inexpressible joy.

1 Peter
1Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ,
To God's elect, strangers in the world, scattered throughout Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia, 2who have been chosen according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through the sanctifying work of the Spirit, for obedience to Jesus Christ and sprinkling by his blood:
Grace and peace be yours in abundance. 3Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4and into an inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade—kept in heaven for you, 5who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time. 6In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. 7These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. 8Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, 9for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
